How It Works

1 class = 25 minutes

Lessons are counted in 25-minute classes. A 50-minute session uses 2 classes, so you can book short or long lessons from the same package — whatever fits your schedule that week.

Choose 25-minute or 50-minute sessions. The minimum package is 10 classes (10 × 25 minutes), and the more classes you book, the less you pay.

50-minute sessions

Longer lessons — ideal for IELTS, interview practice, and in-depth topics. Each session uses 2 classes.

Savings are compared with the 10-class package. Prefer a mix? You can book both 25- and 50-minute sessions from any package.

Cancellations

Cancellations & missed classes

I understand that life happens, so I keep my policy simple and flexible.

Cancel at least 12 hours before class — Free, anytime. Your class goes back into your package.
Late cancellations (less than 12 hours) — You get 2 free late cancellations each month. From the 3rd late cancellation in the same month, the class will count as used.
Missed classes without a message — The class will count as used. Even a quick message right before class helps, and it counts as a late cancellation instead.
Running late — Classes end at the scheduled time. If I don't hear from you within 15 minutes, the class counts as missed.
Emergencies — Illness, family emergencies, natural disasters, and power or internet outages never count against you. Just let me know when you can.

My promise to you

If I ever need to cancel with less than 12 hours' notice, you won't lose anything. You'll get first choice of a make-up time. If I miss a class without notice, I'll add one free class to your package.

Good to know

Payment — Pay securely through PayPal before your first lesson. All prices are in US dollars and already include PayPal fees.
Package validity — 10 classes: 2 months · 20 classes: 3 months · 40 classes: 6 months · 60 classes: 8 months, starting from your first lesson.
Trial lessons — One trial per new student. Paid trials ($7) are paid through PayPal before the lesson.
